Not just Dodd, the entire Senate and most of the House, plus the Executive Branch all knew about it if they read the bill they passed! All of the hoopla was to misdirect the public from the on going liberal agenda. The takeover of private industry by government, removal of the second amendment, national healthcare,etc. Basically the rape of the Constitution!
