The news media keeps screaming about a depression, keep in mind that the great depression started in 1929 and was not relieved until WW2, We had 25% unemployment. Right now we have about 8%. We have had several times in the last 30 years with that kind of unemployment. If the government would quit messing with stuff that it does not understand the market will correct itself. Companies have been going bankrupt since there have been companies. There is no such thing as being too big to fail.

There was a recession/depression in 1920 that no one really talks about. The government chose not to do anything and let the market work itself out, and consequently it only lasted a year. Washington needs to stop meddling in things it can't control. They are prolonging the recession, devaluing our dollar, and taking away more of our liberties.
